1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using ClubUp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The in-app agreement is presented before registration or sign-in.
2. Eligibility and accounts
ClubUp is intended for eligible members of the supported university community. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate another person or share an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Community safety and prohibited conduct
You must not post, send, promote, or engage in:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or discrimination based on a protected characteristic.
- Nudity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or any child sexual abuse material.
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, dangerous conduct, or credible threats of harm.
- Fraud, scams, spam, malicious links, illegal activity, or deceptive impersonation.
- Content that violates privacy, intellectual-property rights, law, or another person's rights.
- Attempts to evade moderation, retaliate against reporters, or help a suspended user return.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant ClubUp the limited permission needed to host, display, process, and moderate that content to operate the service. Do not upload material you do not have permission to share. You may remove content where the app offers that control.
5. Reporting and blocking
Use Report post or Report user in the app to flag objectionable material. Use Block and report user to notify ClubUp and immediately remove that user and their content from your experience. For urgent safety concerns, email dev3mb@gmail.com.
We review in-app safety reports within 24 hours. Reports should be made honestly; knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate these terms.
6. Enforcement
When content or conduct violates these terms, ClubUp will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, limiting features, preserving evidence, suspending an account, and permanently ejecting the user who provided the offending content. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the university or appropriate authorities when legally required or necessary to protect safety.
7. The service
ClubUp may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ClubUp is a student community product and is not an official Koç University service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the updated date here. A material update may require a new in-app acceptance. Questions and safety concerns can be sent to dev3mb@gmail.com or through ClubUp Support.
